ChangeGear for Mobile offers a highly interactive experience for IT personnel and end users seeking to efficiently monitor and access ITSM services from any location using their iPhone or iPad. The application facilitates various tasks including submitting service requests, browsing the knowledge base, engaging with the chatbot, and monitoring productivity metrics, making it a practical tool for seamless interaction with the service desk and related processes.

Note: To utilize this application, connection to an existing ChangeGear server running version 7 or later (build 7435 or newer) is required. For optimal performance, server builds should be 7884 or newer. This app is not designed to operate independently as a stand-alone solution.

For IT staff users: The application provides access to ITIL-oriented modules such as Incident, Problem, Service Request, Change Management, Configuration Management Database (CMDB), and others. Staff can manage tickets and tasks remotely, view dashboards featuring key metrics and KPIs, and retrieve asset information via the CMDB while in the field.

For end users: The app enables quick submission of requests, access to the knowledge base, viewing of announcements, and interaction with the chatbot (configurable based on system settings) for automated assistance with basic issues.
